PanInto3D Privacy Policy
In short: PanInto3D does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. Everything the app records or creates stays on your device unless you choose to share or export it.
What the app accesses, and why
- Camera. Used only while you are on the capture screen, to show the preview and record a pan.
- Motion sensors. The gyroscope is read during a pan to show the level guide and to help align the two frames. These readings are saved inside the pan file.
- Location (optional). Only if you turn on "Record location" and grant permission. A single location is saved inside each pan file, as camera apps do with photos. You can turn it off at any time in the app's settings or in Android's settings.
- Storage. Pans are saved as video files in your device's Movies folder, and exported pictures in your Pictures folder (or a folder you choose).
What leaves your device
Nothing, automatically. The app has no internet access, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking code.
Files leave your device only when you share or export them yourself. When exporting, you choose whether location, date and time, and camera model are included; by default they are left out.
Backups
Your app settings may be included in Android's own device backup to your Google account, if you have backup turned on. That backup is managed by Google under your Google account settings; we never receive it.
Purchases
If the app offers in-app purchases, payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details.
Deleting your data
Delete pans and exported pictures from the app's gallery or your device's file manager. Uninstalling the app removes its settings. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
